We're Gentle
Modern dentistry can be surprisingly gentle.  The main factor is taking time to be gentle and careful.  We're not under any constraints to rush through a certain quota of patients in order to meet a "production" goal.  Dr. Castor does all of the work for all of our patients, including cleaning, and we try to allow enough time to "take our time".
